I have been a notary since 2013, a certified loan signing agent since 2014, a title abstractor since 2018, and a remote online notary since 2024. I was a mortgage foreclosure litigation paralegal / law clerk in a law suit foreclosure state for nearly 15 years. I have handled over 500 closings in my notary work and reviewed countless closing documents in my law firm and title abstractor work.
Personal Bio
I am familiar with both residential and commercial closings (round-table and one side only), refinance closings, and reverse mortgage closings. I also have experience notarizing a variety of legal and business documents, international documents (complete with apostilles), and estate planning documents. I am available to do door knocks, take photos / videos of properties, and place lockboxes. In the past, I have also handled a few business verifications and several I-9 employment eligibility verifications. All that to say: my background and experience have prepared me to be able to handle pretty much anything that a notary might encounter. I am willing to travel outside my normal range for an extra fee. Because I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule, last-minute assignments are rarely an issue.
