I moved here from Orlando, Florida in 2019. I was a Real Estate Broker for about 10 years in Orlando. I have been involved with many closings and understand how emotional a closing can be. I got my Notary License in 2021 here in Vancouver, Washington and with my real estate background, I bring a wealth of experience.
Personal Bio
I was born in Nebraska and raised in the San Francisco, Bay Area, California. I lived there most of my life and took on the responsibility of taking care of my Grandmother. I sold my home in California and moved to Orlando, Florida. It provided me with a way to afford to take care of my grandmother and provide income for me. Unfortunately, a couple of years after I went into Real Estate, the lending industry didn't qualify people for loans and most people lost their homes and shirts. Real estate agents fell into the down hill spiral of selling homes people couldn't afford. I got creative and was able to hold on by supplementing my income by driving a taxi cab, working part time for Disney and anything else I could do to hold onto my license. Once my grandmother passed. My mother asked me to move back to be close to her as she ages and I could be close to family. My niece and her husband moved here to Washington, so I sold my house and my mother's house and we moved to Vancouver to be close. It has been a wonderful move and I love the cooler weather. It was meant to be.
