I am a notary with over 20 years of experience. I am also NSA certified with the LSS and NSA certified with background screening with the NNA. Over the last two decades I have used my notary commission primarily for my employers which were in banking and international healthcare recruitment. Using my commission in these industries has given me the opportunity to provide notary services for things like POA’s, Living Wills, Trusts, Government Documents, Immigration Documents, Real Estate Documents and so much more. When working in banking I was a mortgage closer, preparing mortgage closing documents and conducted closings directly for the lender. I service the Central Florida community, serving Lake, Seminole, Orange, Volusia and Osceola counties. My focus is to provide professional and reliable services with a great deal of integrity. I aim to provide error free signings, and to return documents as soon as possible as I have a great understanding of the importance of timeliness when loan funding is involved.
