As a Notary Public, my goal is to seek perfection in everything relating to my business. Nothing is worse then delays or a missed rate lock because a Notary forgot to get a signature or missed a stamp. Even worse is when the mistake happens and the notary doesn't fix the issue as soon as possible. This is why I always triple check my work and I don't miss signatures in the common places like on the top of the 1003, or checking the box and signing on the bottom of the 4506. If the document is in the package, I always make sure to get it signed, dated, and filled out if needed. I have no issues helping the signer fill out a PCOR, Statement of information, or Trust Certificate. I make sure that I always go above and beyond what is required of me. I have pride in my work and strive for perfection. If I do make a mistake, I make sure getting it corrected is the first thing I do. I make the companies that I work for my top priority.
