Start at $125 (2)Travel outside Spring Hill, Fl....depends on mileage (3)Signing fee for 1st & 2nd mortgages combined loan (4)Reverse Mortgage (5)Cash closings (6)Seller Side (7)RESPA....start at $85 (8)Reverse RSPA....$150 or more The fees would increase if there is travel outside Spring Hill and/or there are many documents to print/copy.
Laser printers, Dual tray printer, Fax machine, and Have office available for closings and notary work. Will do remote online closings in 2022.
