I also have been a property manager for eleven years for Tax Credit properties which requires paperwork to stay in compliance with the state. This paperwork, just as loan signings are date sensitive as well as signing your name correctly throughout the lease and many addendums per the IRS program the Tax Credit property is assigned to for 16 years. I have passed file audits with the state as well as remained in compliance and keeping files in order at move in and renewals.

My name is Elizabeth Mitchell and I am a native of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. My family relocated to Houston, Texas in April, 2012. I loved Houston so much that I wanted to raise my family here and experience a better quality of life throughout their upbringing. My son graduates next month in Criminal Justice, my daughter started RN school and my 15 year old is finishing out high school while working for a snowcone food truck. As, I stated earlier, I am a Property Manager, Loan Signing Agent, Notary and I help where I am needed. I enjoy each day as a blessing and continue to keep pressing towards my goals. What can I say?
