I am detailed oriented and have been trained and certified through LSS and NNA, meaning that I know the documents well and the entire process so I know how to avoid mistakes as well as delays. I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I take accountability seriously and whether there is a mistake on my end or someone else's, I will drop everything to ensure the mistake is fixed to prevent any delay or negative impact. My job is not complete until the documents have been delivered. I'm very familiar with all local FedEx drop times and will update you throughout the whole process, until the very end. Based out of Greenfield, IN, I’m a mom of 3 and came from 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in rare disease. While I made a huge change in careers, they aren’t as different as you might think as my previous life gave me a lot of experience that I pull from today. My role was Client Management. This means I know exactly how to treat each client, seller, buyer, and partner. I can assure you that I know the difference between an appointment and an experience and that there is no room for errors or unprofessionalism.
