I have notarized many Heloc, Reverse mortgages, commercial and SBA loans as well as 1031 exchanges. My experience includes notarizing POA's, affidavits, travel related documents apostilles, ID copies certifications etc... I am a former Mortgage Banking executive highly knowledgeable in all type Mortgage and consumer loan products. In addition, I am trained in the notarization of Living and Family Trusts, Wills, and Health Care Directives.
