I've been a mortgage finance professional for over 17 years, most of which has been as a Mortgage Underwriter for both residential and commercial lending. Some of those best practices include but are not limited to attention to detail, problem solving through effective verbal and written communication, a clear understanding of the loan process and borrower expectations, and an unwavering determination to get things done in a timely manner and within expected timeframes. I go above and beyond for my clients ensuring I meet cutoff times for drop offs, scan backs, and that all required signatures are in the file upon return. I confidently walk the buyer through all the closing documents knowing exactly what those documents entail and the importance of having them accurately and completely signed. I've underwritten thousands of mortgage loans and look forward to exceeding those numbers in loan closings!!! I hold a Paralegal Certification from the University of Miami, a Signing Agent Certification from the NNA and Loan Signing System, and an FHA Underwriter with Direct Endorsement Designation from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
