I am a notary signing agent and am available to notarize documents in both Brunswick and Columbus; sometimes New Hanover County, depending on location. I am also available to conduct signings in some areas of Horry County, South Carolina when a notary is not needed but rather someone to secure proper signatures and collect relevant documents. Fees are based on the travel time/distance, type of assignment and amount of time involved in preparation and conducting the signing. I have experience in notarizing various legal documents, to include real estate documents such as deeds, refinances, buyer/seller documents, reverse mortgage applications/final documents and purchase agreements. I also have experience notarizing wills, powers of attorney, titles and debt consolidation agreements. I have successfully completed over 500 signings.
