I read the Signing Instructions that come with each loan package. I will keep you informed every step of the process from; accepting the Assignment to Tracking the package to its final destination. I know how to read a map. I know how to use apps like google, apple and waze to always find the best, safest and quickest route to the assignment. I know how important it is to have Identical signatures on each and every page of the loan docs. I know how important it is that the dates are clear and legible Progress status updates provided throughout the signing. I will never return a form incomplete. Greetings I am a new resident of Placentia, Ca. I live with my husband Jim ,my dog Ziggy, and 2.3 miles away from 2 adorable grand babies ( and their Parents ;)”. Jim, and I raised to wonderful children in Thousand Oaks CA. I grew up in Michigan and moved west right out of high school. I was a professional Medical/Sports Massage Therapist, and provider of Hospice and in-home healthCare. Former CPR Trainer for AHA. After 9-11 I spent 7 years as a Emergency Medical Technician on a first responder rig, My son was in in the Army at the time and was deployed to Kuwait, Afghanistan and Fallujah. Working 911 emergencies helped to understand and to coup with his deployment. I am an avid fan of MMA/Jujitsu and trained at Bas Rutten's" Elite MMA Gym in Westlake Village, CA. I have Several years experience as a Real Estate Agent and investor.
