I am detail oriented, and I ensure that every document is accurately signed, dated, and/or initialed. I make my timeliness and communication a priority, as to ensure that all parties can meet their required deadlines to close in time. I have taken detailed training courses, and I am certified with NNA.
I charge $90 for every type of general signing. For HELOC and loan applications, I charge $50, and for seller's packages I charge $75. I do have some flexibility with these rates!
