• I offer professional traveling Notary services to those companies looking for confidentiality and excellent customer service from their notaries. I am both certified and background screened by the National Notary Association and I take pride in doing the job right the first time. I have experience in handling: reverse mortgages, FHA/VA, first and second mortgages, purchases, sales and HELOCS. I have completed over 8.000 signings without incident. I am Fidelity approved and Gramm-Leach Bliley compliant. I have completed and passed the new Minnesota “Closer License” course which is now required in order to be a lawful Mobile Notary in the state of MN. Certificate upon request.
• I have completed two courses regarding ongoing Notarial Education from the NNA The classes are on the NNA website under Signing Agents and they pertain to CFTB and TRID. I am also approved by Fidelity. I work within a twenty-five mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD but am always ready to travel; additional mileage for additional compensation. I am available seven days a week. I am Commissioned in South Dakota, Iowa and Licensed and Commissioned in Minnesota.
