I'm persistent but patient. I can calm and soothe anxious/upset signers, answers most of their questions, call the lender or title company when necessary, and gently nudge them along until the docs are signed. EQUIPMENT:
I have a big laser printer and a fast scanner at home. I carry a small, fast laser printer in my car with my laptop and hotspot--so I'm flexible for last minute signings, last-minute documents, last minute changes, rush jobs--I can get done what you need done--with no drama. MISTAKES!
With more than 10,000 signings I’ve made some mistakes, had some oversights—but I learn from each one and try to never make the same mistake twice. I'm VERY QUICK to remedy my mistakes when they occur.
