I moved to San Antonio 4 years ago and acquired my Texas Notary Commission, but previously worked in the San Diego area closing more than 10,000 transactions. My background is in real estate and have held a CA real estate license for almost 20 years. For six months I worked exclusively with BofA in their final docs department and I have done over 17,000 loan closings over the last 10 years. I am approved by Chicago Title, Ticor and Fidelity and have signed documents from the top lending and mortgage companies, a few include Greenlight, Quicken, Provident, Cardinal, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Chase, Caliber, USAA, Navy Fed Credit, Sterns, Security Service, Bank of America and many more. I am familiar and have worked with all of the top title and escrow companies from across the nation as well as closed properties in almost all 50 states.
Personal Bio
Jennie Dial was born in Van Nuys, California and lived in So Cal for almost 50 years, in both LA and San Diego counties. She is married and has three children, two grandchildren and is the writer of children's books, when she's not closing loans or traveling with her husband and bull terrier dog, Milo. She moved to San Antonio three years ago and has settled nicely into her new Texas home.
