I collaborate with title and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property, heloc, refi's, reverse mortgages as well as simple one signature docs. I ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation submitted. I return all signed documents to escrow companies immediately to ensure that there is no lapse in time to record documents as needed in the various entities involved. When I'm not performing Signings I enjoy art. I am a muralist but not limited to walls I also customize clothing, cars as well as handbags. My mediums include but no limited to Chalk, spray paint, oils and acrylics as well as airbrush. I have 20 years experience in the arts and can bring any concept to life.
