I assist individuals with general and loan documents notary signing needs. Follow lenders closing instructions during signings. Describe general function documents to borrowers during closing. Verify identification of party's signing documents. Ensure borrower has a great signing experience and correctly filled out all forms. I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major documents are filled out completely, signed and date properly. Drop off or return documents promptly without missing datelines. I do not cause funding conditions.
