I have successfully studied in and have been certified as a Loan Signing Agent from both the NNA (National Notary Association) and the LSS (Loan Signing System). My knowledge and experience in real estate and mortgage transactions has given me the skills to communicate effectively with the signers and help guide the closing so it goes smoothly. Once I receive the document I review them so that if there are any errors on the documents, I can reach out to the appropriate contact and get it resolved ASAP. I show up on-time, I know how to review a closing disclosure with a buyer. I especially understand the importance of a flawless closing and what that means to all parties so I make it a point to not miss signatures or important instructions, and triple check all document prior to your clients leaving the table.
