I have been a Notary since 2006 and will travel 50 miles from Frankfort, MI. The primary counties in which I operate are Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau and Manistee. I carry E&O Insurance in the amount of $50,000 and a Notary Bond of $10,000. My current MI commission expires 10/09/2025. I maintain a current membership in the National Notary Association. I have successfully completed, and maintained, my Notary Signing Agent training from both the NNA and Notary2Pro. My office equipment includes a laser printer with an auxiliary legal paper tray. The types of loans I handle include, but are not limited to: Balloon, Combo, Modifications, Mortgage Applications, Purchase and Refinance, for primary residences as well as second homes and investment properties. I respectfully elect not to handle reverse mortgages or debt consolidations. My regular Notary works includes, but is not limited to: Affidavits, Contracts, Jurats, Living Wills, Power of Attorney and Witnessing.
Personal Bio
I am a permanent resident of Benzie County, Michigan. Besides enjoying my Notary Signing Agent business and spending time with all generations of my growing family, I also enjoy bicycling, swimming, SCUBA diving, boating, hiking, drawing, writing and reading. I have self-published an illustrated children's e-book called Marla Maple, which is available through Amazon in Kindle format.
