I have worked in the Mortgage Industry for over 30 years with experience with all types of Loan Documents (i.e. Reverse Mortgage, Purchases, Sales, Refinance, HELOC's, and many more) My experience with loan signing is: GVT, Conv., Reverse Mortgage, ARM, 2nd Liens, HELOC, Subordination, Trust Signing, Seller’s Docs, and Modification, Application Disclosures, Construction, Commercial Loans, Purchase, Refinance, and many non-mortgage related documents as well. Attention to detail is priority one. I am available 7AM to 8PM 7 days a week. If your needs require something earlier or later just call and I'll do my best to make it happen.
