I have been a Notary Public for 5+ years and a Signing Agent for 2.5 years as a side business. I am NNA / NSA/PAVASO certified and have completed 1000+ signings. My experience is mainly residential covering HELOC, Reverse Mtg, Refi, Buyer, Seller. I have completed a handful of commercial signings and would love to expand in that arena. For additional coverage and flexibility, I have an office in Kern and Fresno Counties working 7 days per week from 5am -11pm.
