I go over each document thoroughly verifying dates, initials, stamps and signatures are completed and accurate, while adding a double check on the Notice of Right to cancel and any other documents that need to be filled out by the borrower. I know my FedEx times and locations, so once the signing is completed, documents will be returned promptly while keeping you informed throughout the process. In the rare case that a mistake is made, I will immediately correct. I work all of Hampton Roads, which includes Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach and all the cities in between and adjacent. My name is Kassandra or Kassie as my friends call me. I live with my husband in Newport News, VA. Between us we have 6 children and 3 grandchildren. I love customer service and love getting to know people. This journey has allowed me to meet so many cool, fun and interesting people. As I get closer to retirement, I decided to make this business my own and started learning Loan Signings and formed Shoreline Notary Services in February of 2024
