Specializing in growth-hacking companies through innovative marketing solutions, the firm has supported hundreds of businesses in reaching the next level of success. Founder and CEO Katherine Whitmore leverages her 30 years of entrepreneurial expertise to be a dedicated consultant and mentor. Since she was a child, Katherine was exposed to the entrepreneurial spirit through her grandfather, a lifelong businessman. As the first African American to own a flight school and the founder of several other ventures, Katherine was able to see how a business could bring generational wealth and positive community development. Her experience bookkeeping for her grandfather every summer helped her cultivate hard business skills in addition to the infectious mindset of a visionary. Katherine later used this knowledge to own and operate salons, franchises, and a production company.
