My commission was awarded on September 14, 2023, and expires on September 13, 2027. My Certified Signing Agent (CSA) certification is through the American Society of Notaries (ASN), with certification and background screening completed on September 2, 2025. I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and abide by their "Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility" and I am also a member of the American Society of Notaries (ASN) and abide by their "Code of Conduct".

My background includes 23 years of combined military service in the US Army and the US Air Force Reserve, 20 years as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Washington DC Police Department (17 years of which as a detective), and 19 years as a Financial Crimes Investigator, focusing on money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. I believe my background includes skills sets that hopefully can identify fraudulent and/or deceptive transactions.
