I took an oath to follow all laws, rules, and best practices of the Certified Notary Signing Agents "Code of Conduct" and professional responsibility. I have over 9 years of experience as an NSA as well as a Loan Processor. I am also a member of FALDP and prepare legal documents. I became a CNSA in April 2015 and have successfully closed 1000's of Loans/Signings, Purchase Loans, FHA, Refi's, VA Loans, ARM, HELOC, 1st & 2nd Mortgage Combined, and Commercial Loans. I have also done several Debt Settlement Signings, Deed in Lieu, Identity Proofing, I9 Authorizations, Legal Affidavits, as well as some Field Representative Assignments. I am available Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm, and offer last minute closings to better serve you and your client. I am dedicated, professional, well organized, and above all, highly responsible. I take my job very seriously and pride myself in the highest standards of accuracy and ethics. Personal Bio
I'm married with two grown sons and two grandchildren. I started working in the banking industry soon after school in Ohio where I was born and raised and transferred to Florida in 1998 to be near my family. I took an early retirement after 30 years but soon realized I needed something to do. I was already a Notary Public and had read about becoming a Signing Agent and thought, that was right up my alley, how perfect that would be since I already had so much experience so I became a Notary Signing Agent in 2015 and love every minute of it. About 5 years ago I started preparing legal documents as well and became a member of FALDP. I'm also very active in my community and proudly serve on various non-profit organizations. I am very compassionate and a people person, it gives me joy to be able to help someone that's not as fortunate and help someone going through a difficult situation. It's rewarding to be a part of and witness lives being restored and hearts being renewed.
