As a Mobile Notary and Certified (loan) Signing Agent, I will assist you in the successful closing and notarizations of various types of documents in the State of Hawaii, Maui County areas. I have been a commissioned Notary for over 30 years. I have been a Certified Signing Agent since 2018, and an active member of the National Notary Association since 1993. I have successfully completed over 1000 notarizations and signings since becoming a Signing agent. My years of experience in the legal field, Contracts Director and Operation Manager for a vacation rental company, and an Executive Assistant and Office Manager has given me the skills needed to excel as Notary Signing Agent. These areas of professional responsibility require organization, attention to details, meeting time sensitive deadlines, great customer service, responsibilities, and commitment. I cover the Maui County areas. These areas consist of Wailuku, Kahului, Kihei, Paia, Haiku, Lahaina, Ka'anapali, Kapalua, Napili and Kahana.
Personal Bio
Lani Stout has been in the professional work force for 50 years in Washington State, Minnesota, Kansas City, California, and Hawaii. She is surrounded by amazing mentors and people in her life that influenced her work ethics and commitment that only enhanced her to be the person she is today. She has been married for 35 years and has a beautiful daughter who is making her own mark in the world of professionalism. After returning to her birthplace, Hawaii, she worked as an independent contractor for her first 6 years. With the crash of 2008, she returned to the Employer-Employee field. She is an experienced multi-skilled manager with 30 years in the legal profession and over 14 years in the executive and management profession. She possesses excellent organizational skills, proven track record building positive relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels in an organization. She loves to grow vegetables, plants and helping people. She keeps active with Hula, walking and gathering with friends. She leads two food distribution sites on Maui and has a heart for people. She keeps herself active and enjoys new adventures.
Extended Distance Fee may apply for Haiku, Lahaina, Ka'anapali, Kapalua, Napili, Kahana areas. No extended Distance fee for Wailuku, Kahului, Kihei and Paia areas. Last minute signings may be an additional $25.
