Now as a retired public servant, I uphold the same standards as a Notary Public (Loan Signing Agent ) for the State of Texas. As, Owner of, Soaring Notary Signing, LLC and a Mobile Notary I am knowledgeable and efficient in executing document signings with HELOC, POA'S, Trust Certifications, Statement of Information, VA Loan Applications, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Buyer/Seller, to name a few.
