With my real estate and title experience, I am very familiar with buyer and seller closing packets, including all types of loans for residential, commercial, and farm and ranch. I am also very familiar with legal documents, which include Wills, probates, Heirship of Affidavits, various Deeds, Trust and Estate documents, business/governing documents. I am professional and very detailed oriented, and make it a point to explain the documents prior to you signing, so you have an understanding of what you are actually signing.
