I diligently go through every document to verify that signatures, dates, initials and blanks are complete and filled out properly. I also triple check that critical documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003, are filled out correctly. Documents will be returned promptly and before the cut off times at all FedEx and UPS drop locations. If by chance a mistake is made, I will fix it for you immediately. These are base rates that I use for signings within 30 miles of my location. Anything over 30 miles may be negotiated, depending on the type of signing and if scanbacks are required.
