I have over 19 years experience has a signing agent and 22 years in the mortgage and title industry. It is my goal to make the closing process comfortable and complete for your clients. I specialize in closing, reverse mortgages , purchases ( buyer and seller) refi, heloc, hybrid, Va and FHA, and commercial loan closings. I do accommodate oaths, finger printing, legal documents of all types and inspections . I cover all of south central Pa. I am willing to travel and can handle closings on short notice . Email and fax closings are not a problem. I have a NNA background check, E and O insurance and any continuing education classes are current. I am Fidelity Title approved. I enjoy the people, stories and places I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I love people and places in central Pa. I have had the most amazing experiences and find everyone to be nice, funny and so interesting! What an amazing job helping people everyday and seeing all the smiles ( and sometime hugs).
