I'm Lisa Stephens, owner of Mission City Notary, and I was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country. The foundation of Mission City Notary is based on three principals: to approach every opportunity with gratitude, give back to our community, and strive to know more so we can do more for the people we serve. When not serving as a Notary, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, spending time outdoors hiking and camping, and taking in a baseball game or local concert.
