In order to process your National Level criminal history summary, you must submit a FD-258 ink fingerprint card to the FBI CJIS Division. We use the FD-258 ink fingerprint card for candidates that includes but not limited to Personal Background Check, Attorneys, Teaching Abroad, Traveling Nurse, Financial Sector - required by the SEC and FINRA, Visa and Immigration, SF-87 Fingerprinting - Typically used for Federal Jobs such as Customs and Border Patrol Applicants, Tax Prepares, Day Care employees, to name a few.
