I am a detail-oriented commissioned Notary for the State of Indiana with over 24 years of experience and three years of experience as a Loan Signing Agent. I also have an Indiana state-required Title Insurance Producers License. I am a trained and knowledgeable Loan Signing Agent who is a certified member of the National Notary Association and Loan Signing System. I use the following equipment: iPhone 15 and Samsung Galaxy Flip 5. HP Desktop, Dell and MAC computers, iPad, Chrome Book, two Dual-Tray Brother All-One laser printers (one is in my vehicle) as well as a mobile scanner. I am proficient in several signing service platforms which makes it easy for me to quickly learn to navigate new platforms. My experience includes the following loan closing types:

In the event there is a mistake, rest assured that I will get it taken care of as soon as possible. In the three years of conducting loan signings, I was never required to return due to an error. The client will receive their documents as soon as the signing is complete. I have all the shipping supplies and familiar with Fed Ex and UPS drop times and locations. I serve Marion, Hamilton, Johnson, Hendricks, Hancock, Madison, Boone, Delaware, and other surrounding counties.
