Good afternoon, My most recent role was in customer service and account management. I was the in-house half of the account management department for several high profile accounts. I worked closely with our sales reps to monitor sales and inventory. The last six years I have worked positions requiring a strong attention to detail that I know will easily transfer to signing agent duties. My extensive training on loan documents has given me the ability to walk our client through the signing process in an efficient manner. I have over 20 years of customer service and I am able to relate to my customers in a way that makes then feel comfortable.

I have a college degree in applied anthropology from the University of North Texas. I have spent most of my life working in the customer service/account manager field. I am a free lance singer/songwriter as well. I sm very interested in becoming a grant writer as well.
