I am a bilingual (Spanish) loan signing agent and the owner of Copper State Mobile Notary Services. Our team of notaries continually strives to improve as notary signing agents in order to provide exemplary service. Our team works directly with title and escrow companies, attorneys, and other direct clients. Our notary will be one of the last people your client sees before their real estate transaction is finalized. We know how much our role as a notary, our words, and our professionalism are a reflection of the real estate agent, lender and title/escrow company. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while representing you all at the highest degree. We see ourselves as an extension of the escrow officer, lender and real estate agent and we take that role very seriously.
Personal Bio
Luz moved to Arizona from Mexico when she was four years old. She has lived in Phoenix for most of her life. She graduated from the Roosevelt School District, went on to attend South Mountain High School where she earned a Regents scholarship. The scholarship enabled her to attend Arizona State University in Tempe to study Spanish Language and Literature. Luz's work experience began in the air freight industry. Towards the end of her college years she started at Emery Worldwide and worked there for eight years. All the tasks boiled down to customer service. Whether it was speaking to a client regarding a pick up/drop off or an airline or trucking company. When Luz began her real estate career, she was able to build on the customer service and business skills learned in air freight. For fifteen years she learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry. Most importantly she learned how much each person plays a key role in the real estate process.
