Fees are negotiable depending on type of transaction and distance of travel required. Typical fee for standard refinance with e docs within a 15 mile radius is $100.00. This always includes a copy of the package for the borrower. For additional mileage and faxbacks, I typically add an additional $10 to $25 depending on scenario.
