I am a certified Loan Signing agent through the NNA and commissioned as a Notary in the State of Colorado1 since 2012. Currently I work full-time and have facilitated more than 4,200 closings (Trust Document Delivery, Refinances, Commercial, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase, Sales, Power of Attorney and General Notarizations).
Completed certifications include the NNA Signing Agent annual training, Trust Delivery Agent, Notary Coach Reverse Mortgage Certification, Notary2Pro and Notary2Pro Elite graduate, the Loan Signing System, as well as Commercial Loan documents advanced training.
My NNA certification and Background Screening are up to date according to the industry standards and my E&O coverage is $100,000.
Association memberships include National Notary Association and American Association for Notaries. I am currently a member of Sign and Thrive coaching and Notary Stars training platforms.
Keeping up to date with continuing education related to real estate documents, contracts and technology is a part of my business plan.
