I have received training and certification as a Professional Notary Loan Signing Agent through Notary2Pro. I have also taken the Notary Signing Agent exam through the National Notary Association and passed it. In addition, I am an Attorney licensed in Massachusetts (not in North Carolina) and between 2003-2009, I completed 750 plus witness only real estate closings that included refinances, reverse mortgages home equity lines of credit (HELOC) and purchase and sales. I am not licensed as an Attorney in North Carolina where I have been living for the past 11 years.
