I am a Certified Signing Specialist who works hard to uphold the highest standards of conduct when handling signings of any kind. I am committed to adhering to all industry regulations as specified by the Signing Professionals Workgroup (SPW). I am NNA certified, Fidelity approved, bonded, insured and background screened and I believe in providing a thorough and quality experience to all signers. I began working in the mortgage business in 1995 and I became a commissioned notary in 1997. I have been a full time Certified Signing Specialist since June 2005. I have completed over 10000 mortgage signings. Since 1995, I have worked for multiple lenders and one title company. I have experience with hud prep, document prep, closing, post closing and title curative work. I also have experience with reverse mortgage applications & closings, e-signings, medical depositions and affidavits, subpoena services, structured settlement packages & bank approved loan modifications. I do not do debt resolutions or loan modifications for attorneys. I can handle property inspections, loan disclosure drop off and pick up services and clerk of court recordings. I am always looking to expand my vendor base and try new services. I am also willing and able to provide recordation services. I am commissioned in East Baton Rouge, but can also cover West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, Iberville, East Feliciana, West Feliciana and Pointe Coupee parishes. There maybe additional travel fees for these other parishes. I have a laptop and full size machine copier/scanner.
