Loan signing agent/ Notary Public will meet you at specified place and will let you know what document you are signing, where to sign, where to date and notarize the proper documents. Prices are based on Notary pricing + Travel Fees Extra signatures to be notarized are $15.00 per signature more. Most appointment should last under one hour with the exception of mobile notary of property deed and recording , we ask that all members involved have a valid identification card.
