I am a Minnesota Certified Notary Public (Minnesota Licensed Closing Agent license number 40494418) i carry errors and omissions insurance, my background check is current, and i will travel to Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Lakeville, Farmington, Savage, Bloomington, Edina, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Prior Lake, St. Paul, Richfield, & Rosemount. I am willing to travel a bit further but only for extra travel charges. My professional experience consists of 10 + years in the mortgage and legal field. I began my career working as a family law assistant, then I worked with the Vice President of a small, local Credit Union opening, and closing business accounts and loans. Once the mortgage crisis began in 2008 I re-focused and began my position at a large foreclosure firm. During my tenure I supervised and trained a large group of employees overseeing 3 different departments. I then moved to the West Coast due to my husbands military retirement, and began working on deed in lieu of foreclosure for 8 different states. During this time is when I experienced first hand the difficulties of recording documents with innaccurate or incomplete notarizations. I am very detailed and thorough from this first hand exposure.
