I will give your borrower and great signing experience. I am meticulous and detail oriented. I am LSS and NNA certified. I will double and triple check every document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are complete and legible. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I realize no one is perfect, and if, on occasion, a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
