I am certified through the Loan Signing System course and have the ability to print and complete scanbacks immediately through my vehicle mobile office I created.

My name is Melvin Lugo. I was born in Puerto Rico and have a brother and sister. I moved to Florida when I was 6 because my sister is deaf. We move to St Augustine, FL for the awesome deaf & blind school in the area. I am now married for 16 years. We have 1 son and 1 daughter. I work in construction but started doing loan signings to build it to a career. Construction is already taking a toll on me and I'm only 35 years old.
