After obtaining my paralegal certificate from the University of Texas at Arlington, I have found employment in law firms as a paralegal and sometimes as a legal secretary, often performing in-house notarial duties. The most robust use of my notary in the law firm environment occurred while I assisted attorneys in the real estate litigation practice group. It was this work experience that spurred me to work independently as a Notary Signing Agent. I have more than ten years’ experience as a Notary Signing Agent, and I have performed more than 500 mobile closings for various title companies. Service Area/Pricing: I cover the following counties (Collin; Dallas; Denton; Rockwall) for standard fee of $100-125 loan closings; refinance closings. Fee for loan modifications; bill of sale; affidavits $45-60. I cover the following counties (Hunt; Tarrant; Ellis; Johnson) for adjusted fee of $125-150 loan closings; refinance closings. Fee for loan modifications; bill of sale; affidavits $50-75.
