I currently service the Renton, Wa 98059 area (3 weeks each month) & the Yakima, Wa 98908 area (3rd full week, each month). However, happy to adjust my availability for multiple signings, as needed. I am NNA/NSA certified (10/2020). I have completed 25 signings & have a mobile office set up, for printing/fax backs, to accommodate last minute changes. I will be early or on time for the agreed appointment & expect the fees to be paid on time for a mutually beneficial relationship. Fees are expected within 10 days of service provided. I have held the Washington state Realtor License in the past & provide a wide range of Notary services.

I have been self-employed for 20 of the past 25 years. In Transportation, as a small fleet owner and Retail Sales, at Farmers Markets & Events and understand how repeat clients are vital to any business success. I also spent 9 years active duty, Air Force & 2 years, Air Guard, both as a Standardization & Evaluation Specialist for 300 F-16 Pilots & Jet Engine Mechanic/Supervisor/Inspector, for the F15 Airframe. I am widowed, with 4 Adult kids & 7 grandkids. I enjoy hiking, good wine & food, travel & sea cruises. I'm passionate about talking to people and doing a great job, to the best of my abilities.
