I have great communication skills, very detail oriented, and will thoroughly review the documents to be sure the signing is done right the first time. I understand the urgency for short notice signing needs and will even happily meet you at the golf course if needed to get the job done! I know how busy everyone is and will go above and beyond to make the final steps go smoothly. I am from Chicago and moved to Phoenix in 1989. My Mom was a CPA so growing up as a bookkeeper came naturally. I have been in real estate 22+ years and am very familiar with all the documents. I love dogs, golf, water activities, and hanging out at the barn with my granddaughters. I am comfortable in most environments so no need to restrict your signing appointment to just the office :)
