Prior to becoming a full-time Loan Signing Agent, I worked for a Lender which gave me the opportunity to work with Escrow and Title companies, other lenders, real estate agents, and other lenders that are in the loan and finance industry. I understand the importance of confidentiality and a professional experience as I will be representing you. I've completed sellers packages, reverse mortgages with HELOC, refinances, first purchase, and loan modifications. I understand the importance of not missing signatures, initials, and dates. I have high-speed internet, a smartphone, iPad, laptop, dual tray printer, as well as a scanner. I also have Fedex & UPS access with daily pickups for mail backs.
