Our traveling fully mobile estate document signing teams consist of a notary public and to additional notary publics to act as 1st and 2nd witnesses. We only hire and dispatch licensed notaries because they understand the signing process and for your protection. All Florida notaries have been background screened by the State of Florida. After documents have been signed, witnessed and notarized we can immediately scan the executed documents before leaving the signing location to your lawyer or family member for review. Using your documents overseas? We offer express Florida Apostille services that can apostille your documents in a day or two. If you’d like to view your client or loved one live during the signing, we are happy to setup video conferencing upon request. National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Signing Agents available for real estate and mortgage closings. Our highly experienced closing notaries offer both Florida (RON) Remote Online Notarization or mobile notary service to your location. We will receive documents via email and print using our Brother Dual Tray Laser Printer to document default size. We’re experienced in closing all types of mortgages and loans including SBA. We know the importance of being punctual and accurate. After the signing we can scan and or drop the documents at the shipper of your choice.
