Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I will review each document prior to the signing appointment and ensure each document requiring a signature, initials and dates are complete and properly filled out. Key documents PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003's are filled out completely and properly. If on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing to fix the issue ASAP.
Documents will be returned to your company promptly, as soon as the signing is complete and will keep you informed throughout the process as necessary.
