My name is Omayra R. Rouss, and I am originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have always had a passion for helping others navigate important processes, which led me to establish Versatile Family Solutions, LLC. As the Executive Director, I take pride in providing professional non-attorney services, including document preparation, notarization, signing agent services, insurance solutions, and certified Spanish-English translation services. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Metropolitan University in Puerto Rico. I am also a commissioned Notary Public and certified Signing Agent in Florida, a licensed insurance agent, and a certified professional translator. Since 2008, I have been dedicated to serving individuals, families, and businesses with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Outside of my professional life, I am a mother of five and a proud grandmother of fifteen. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I cherish spending time with them. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, being outdoors, cooking, and writing.
